Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client in Hampshire for a skilled operator to join their busy team working on a recycling and waste management site.

Due to the location of this role, you will have to have your own reliable transport.

• Experience is required but training and certification can be provided.

• £15.00 per hour (£600 per week)

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Full-time, Temp-to-Perm

• Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on site.
• Sorting and managing recyclable materials efficiently in the yard.
• Operating and monitoring machinery safely under supervision.
• Loading and unloading vehicles in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintaining yard cleanliness and ensuring all waste is handled responsibly.
• Communicating clearly with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Transport materials and remove waste as required.

• Proven experience as a 360 excavator or GRAB operator
• Valid CPCS card or equivalent operator licence is beneficial but not essential
• Strong understanding of health and safety best practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
