Electrical Maintenance Engineer Commercial Environment Salary:
Up to £45,000 Private Use of Van Door to door payments enhanced overtime rates We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established commercial facilities team.

The Role You will be responsible for carrying out both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building operations at all times. This role also includes working on electrical catering equipment . Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to expand your skill set within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations Maintenance and basic repairs of electrical catering equipment (training provided) Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures Accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation Responding promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime Ideal Candidate Proven experience delivering electrical maintenance in a commercial environment Sound knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive repair work Strong fault-finding ability and attention to detail Willingness to be trained on electrical catering equipment Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Package Salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) Training and development opportunities Stable role within a reputable organisation
