Calling all Grounds Maintenance Operatives

Job Summary

We’re looking for Ground Maintenance Operatives to carry out a high standard of grounds work. This includes grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance and weeding to keep communal grounds areas attractive for our customers.

• Carry out grounds work such as grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance and weeding.
• Operate a variety of equipment, machines and materials used on a daily basis.
• Use a company van and fuel card during work hours, when necessary.

• Full, clean current driving licence held for at least 1 year.
• Good knowledge and experience in grounds maintenance.
• Ability to operate the required equipment.

• 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the opportunity to buy or sell annual leave.
