The Watership Down Farm Trust Estate Maintenance Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our Estate team in North Hampshire near Kingsclere. We are a large commercial farming Estate with several residential properties, and a working farm with farm buildings.
The candidate would be involved in all general maintenance on the estate, working in a team and on your own using your initiative to complete tasks to the correct high level. Some of the work involved would be refurbishments to properties including decorating, plumbing and carpentry along with day-to-day upkeep on the estate houses, grounds, buildings, mains water infrastructure and some seasonal mower and tractor work.
Some experience in the above would be required but more importantly the candidate would need to show eagerness to learn and adapt.
You would be based out of the main farm where tools and materials are stored.
We offer great working conditions with an experienced team. Immediate start or by negotiation. Van to use round the Estate and tools if required.
Having your own standard tools is preferred.
Could suit self-employed person.
