Purpose:

Assume leadership and responsibility for school functions, instruction and outcomes.

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the School, including implementing and monitoring plans, procedures, programs, and systems to achieve clearly defined and desired outcomes

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Specific staff as assigned by the building principal

• Master’s degree required, or currently enrolled in a program
• Minimum of two years administrative experience in a K‑12 setting
• Minimum of five years of teaching experience
• Early literacy specialist
• Ability to provide exceptional instructional feedback
• Motivate and inspire staff
• Multi‑task and excellent time management
• Superior knowledge of operational leadership and effectiveness
• Solid understanding of basic teaching pedagogy

• Master degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
