The Technician I - Logistics will provide shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain DOT certification.
- Properly package, label, and tag warehouse inventory.
- Complete and log daily activities, including receiving, shipping, stocking, tooling, auditing, issuing all materials, and completing special assignments.
- Conduct cycle‑counts of inventory and manage daily logs.
- Enter materials into IES Inventory database.
- Load and unload goods and supplies and ensure proper handling.
- Maintain warehouse quality by tracking damaged inventory and reporting promptly.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
- Operate forklifts and company vehicles as required.
- Work in accordance with 5S organization and Lean principles.
- Efficiently carry out all task assignments.
Minimum salary: USD $20.00 per hour; maximum salary: USD $27.00 per hour.
Qualifications- Regular attendance mandatory.
- Entry‑level knowledge of operating warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Self‑motivated, positive approach, professional, and promoting the company culture and mission.
- Project process improvement implementation experience.
- Prefer familiarity with cycle‑counting, order picking, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
- Ability to work at heights, off a ladder, in confined spaces; lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Meet company minimum driving standards.
- Minimum years of experience: 0‑2.
- License required.
- No minimum education required; high‑school diploma preferred.
