Responsibilities- Oversee and submit changes to the Scope of Work with engineering, creating an internal calendar to track tasks and finalization.
- Verify all infrastructure is installed to design/specifications and finalize redlines for closeout.
- Maintain an internal tracker for fiber, ensuring the design given by IES customers is updated to reflect changes.
- Serve as the point of contact for all copper installation, reviewing and redlining changes for closeout.
- Configure network details, taking on most of the responsibilities for redlines.
- Reference and implement RFIs on the redlines as a final task before sending for QA review.
- Run audits after projects are complete, verifying cable schedule and building projects in an easy fashion for the team.
- Conform and submit RFIs, collaborating with all teams, and capture design‑related feedback as lessons learned.
- Oversee all shop drawing design work, reviewing and submitting into BIM
360, keeping up with revisions, hyperlinks, and focusing on grounding/bonding, copper, fiber, and detail sheets.
- Self‑motivated, professional, and lead others to create and implement project process improvements.
- Promote company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Proven problem‑solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to read, write, and give oral presentations.
- Diagnose and fix problems with existing equipment and new installs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High skill level interpreting blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
- Ready to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.
- High School diploma or GED equivalency;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - At least 3–4 years of commercial low‑voltage/structured cabling experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
- Meet company minimum driving standards.
- Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
USD $42.00/Hr – USD $47.00/Hr
