Rush Automotive in Bastrop is actively hiring an experienced A-Level Technician to support a growing, high-demand shop environment.
We have more work than we can handle and need technicians who can step in and produce immediately. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to maximize earnings in a steady workflow shop.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $150,000+ earning potential
- 40+ billed hours per week consistently available
- Performance-based pay plan
- 401k with 6% company match

- $50,000 life insurance (after 90 days)
- 10–13 paid holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs across vehicle systems
- Handle high-volume workflow efficiently
- Maintain productivity at 40+ billed hours per week
- Deliver high-quality, accurate repairs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- A-Level capability (strong across most systems)
- Proven diagnostic skills
- Consistent production history
- Reliable and team-focused
