Qualifications and

Experience:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility in Texas)
• Familiarity with the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with teachers, administrators, and families
• Adaptability to diverse student needs and school settings
• Experience with MSP workflows preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho educational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
• Develop and monitor intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Participate actively in the special education process, including conducting and attending IEP meetings
• Provide direct and indirect counseling and behavioral support services
• Consult with teachers and staff to design supportive strategies and interventions
• Collaborate with families to share findings, recommendations, and progress reports
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school, district, and state guidelines
• Contribute as a valued resource within a multi-disciplinary team
