You are responsible for overseeing the daily operations and positive behavior systems of the school, ensuring that principals can focus on instruction and student success. You manage key functions—student attendance, student recruitment, meals, transportation, compliance, safety, and new school openings—ensuring excellence to support optimal student learning.
You foster a student-centered culture by reinforcing positive behaviors that drive engagement, respect, and academic achievement. - Develop and execute student recruitment efforts targeting families in the school's surrounding areas, focusing on Pre‑K and Kinder enrollment and filling available seats in other grades.
- Collaborate with Network Recruitment, Enrollment Leaders, and campus leaders to nurture applications, ensuring successful enrollment and registration.
- Plan and execute family engagement, onboarding, and registration events to welcome and retain families.
- Ensure timely enrollment completion by July and re‑enrollment by May while complying with all student registration requirements.
- Lead new student and family events to help them integrate into the campus culture and expectations.
- Ensure 93% year‑over‑year student persistence and communicate attendance expectations to families.
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze ADA trends, implement best practices, and address attendance challenges.
- Lead and oversee campus attendance committees, using data to drive decisions and next steps.
- Lead the campus initiative to reinforce positive student behavior and collaborate with SEL leaders on various family education and community initiatives.
