Mechanical Design Engineer

We're hiring Mechanical Design Engineers to join an innovative engineering team focused on developing cutting-edge consumer hardware products that are shipped and used worldwide. This is an opportunity to own products from concept through production while working on highly technical challenges in both product development and advanced manufacturing.

• Lead the design and development of consumer hardware products from initial concept through high-volume production and launch
• Define design requirements and drive system-level optimization
• Test, analyze, and iterate designs to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, automation systems, and production equipment
• Design production lines, robotic tooling, controls, and automation solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams to optimize cost, quality, and scalability
• Support continuous improvement efforts for high-rate, high-yield production

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience with CAD and FEA software
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, or manufacturing
• Internship experience will be considered

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of mechanical design and analysis experience
• Experience owning products or assemblies from design through production
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (NX preferred)
• Strong understanding of GD&T, structural analysis, mechanical design principles, and failure analysis
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability
• Exposure to industrial automation, robotics, sensors, motion systems, or production equipment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting critical project milestones when needed.
