SpaceX is seeking a Principal Engineer, AI Satellites (Starmind) to design RF/analog/mixed-signal ICs for space and ground infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to partition functions between hardware and software, perform IC floor planning, and validate prototypes for high-performance RF systems in Ku/Ka-band frequencies.
The role requires 8+ years in RF ICs, a strong background in SiGe/CMOS processes, and hands-on lab testing experience.
