Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our community banking lending team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, and a strong interest in developing customer relationships, analyzing financial information, and supporting the growth of loans for the bank

Key Responsibilities:

Provides excellent service to both current and prospective loan customers

Gives financial advice and counsel to customers

Contributes to profitability and growth of the bank by building, developing, and managing new and expanded client relationships

Actively cross-sells appropriate banking products & services to new and existing customers and refers clients to other banking areas for additional needs

Analyzes and forms decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits, or makes recommendations to a superior or loan committee

Manages a portfolio of loans to ensure compliance with terms and conditions

Coordinates lending activities with others in the organization

Coordinates and communicates with Branch Manager to assist with rotations of opening, closing, lunch periods, etc.

Serves as the main point of contact for loans in assigned branches and serve as backup contact for other branches

Other duties as assigned

Paid Time Off Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, or financial analysis.

Good understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with banking systems is a plus.

Must maintain registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
