Position Summary: We are seeking a Staff Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Texas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care and working collaboratively with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement patient treatment programs.
• Provide treatment to patients referred by physicians in an outpatient setting.
• Assist with the implementation of individualized plans of care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations and updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Deliver evidence-based care while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to maximize patient outcomes.

• Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
