Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Administers prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations in accordance with company policy and procedure;
Take and record vital signs prior to the administration of medication which could affect or change the vital signs;
Observe and report reactions and side-effects to medication to the charge nurse;
Assist in daily resident care tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and transferring;
Maintain medication administration records and ensure proper documentation
