Assistant Hotel General Manager

Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Everhome Suites Bastrop

We are seeking a driven and reliable Assistant General Manager to join our team at Everhome Suites Bastrop. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who leads by example, takes ownership of operations, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As the AGM, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, support team development, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

• Assist in managing day-to-day hotel operations across all departments
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor and manage labor, expenses, and overall hotel performance
• Support front desk operations, housekeeping coordination, and night audit as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand expectations
• Step in as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager

• Previous hotel experience required (supervisory or management preferred)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Experience with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and team-building skills
