We are looking for an enthusiastic AM Hospitality Manager to join our team at Chick‑fil‑A Bastrop. This hands‑on Front of House leadership opportunity is designed for a high‑capacity leader who can own morning Hospitality operations, coach leaders and Team Members, and create a remarkable guest experience during one of the most important dayparts of the restaurant.
The AM Hospitality Manager will oversee Hospitality shift operations from 6:00am to 2:30pm and must be available between 5:30am and 3:00pm. This role partners closely with the Operator, Executive Team, Directors, Team Leaders, and Team Members to drive operational excellence, accountability, and team development.
Responsibilities- Lead daily Hospitality operations, opening procedures, and the transition to the evening shift
- Coach, develop, and hold accountable Hospitality Team Leaders and Team Members
- Create a culture of genuine hospitality through clear communication, high standards, and consistent follow‑up
- Partner with the Director of Training to support new hire training and ongoing team development
- Protect food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and team safety standards throughout the shift
- Drive speed of service and guest experience results across Front of House operations
- Oversee cash accountability and help steward labor, productivity, and profitability goals
- Use restaurant performance metrics to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve shift execution
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment
- Available to work mornings and early afternoons, with availability between 5:30am and 3:00pm
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or quick‑service leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to coach others, build trust, and hold a team accountable to high standards
- Strong communicator who can lead with clarity, urgency, and care
- Comfortable owning results related to speed of service, guest experience, cleanliness, labor, and cash accountability
- Passion for Chick‑fil‑A’s values and a desire to develop people while delivering operational excellence
