Named after our famous pecan tree, Maude's offers an indoor/outdoor experience with live music, fire pits, and delightful libations. We pride ourselves on creating memorable moments for our guests with our wood-fired flatbreads, craft cocktails, and the best pecan pie in Texas.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Maude's. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for hospitality, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service. As the F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar and terrace, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Excellence:
Oversee the efficient operation of Maude's, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service.

* Customer Satisfaction:
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards.

* Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

* Inventory Management:
Manage inventory, control stock, and minimize waste.

* Event Coordination:
