AM Hospitality Manager
Bastrop FSR

Up to $22/hour (depending on availability, shift, and experience)
I. Executive SummaryThe AM Hospitality Manager at Chick-fil-A Bastrop is ultimately responsible for all Hospitality shift operations from 6:00AM - 2:30PM. The Hospitality Manager will support Hospitality Team Leaders and Hospitality Team Members daily. They will focus on coaching people and implementingsystems for increased performance.
They will have ultimate authority during shift and will be responsible for all AM Hospitality operations and results.
- Oversee Daily Hospitality Operations, opening procedures, and transition to evening shift
- Partner with Director of Training to oversee training plan for new and ongoing training
- Support food safety & food quality
- Uphold highest cleanliness standard
- Oversee Speed of Service during Shift
- Coach, develop and hold accountable Team Members and Team Leaders
- Oversee Cash accountability
- Food Safety Score = 80%)
- IPO < 1%;
Net Profit > 14% - Drive Thru Departure rate
