Platform Integrity & Threat Detection Lead

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager, known internally as Customer Integrity & Threat Detection Manager, to detect, disrupt, and investigate potential misuse of the service—including proactively combating and deterring illicit operators.

This person must strike the careful balance of safeguarding customer information and privacy while applying enforcement measures and executing with an even-handed approach, avoiding overreach and disproportionate collateral impacts.

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks
• Design and develop solutions to priority risks. O wn their deployment and effectivenes s in concert with a wide range of stakeholders
• Represent the team in cross-functional groups and in appropriate areas of expertise
• Establish yourself as an expert in 2+ relevant investigative techniques, technologies or abuse prevention strategies
