The construction janitor & custodian is responsible for ensuring that the site is clean and safe.

• $20/HR
• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday (6 am- 2pm)
• Subject to change to 10-hour shifts or a later start time

• Cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, and other surfaces using Plant approved cleaning agents and equipment.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment used in the production process, such as motors, pipes, conduits, as well as stairs and cat walks.
• Conducting routine inspections of the facility to identify areas that require additional cleaning.
• Communicating with other employees to ensure that cleaning schedules are coordinated with production schedules.
• Reporting any issues or concerns to management.
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

• Experience in cleaning or sanitation.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of position to include standing, bending, kneeling, fitting into tight spaces, climbing stairs/ladders and heights.

• Ariel lift/Scissor lift experience (lifts used to reach ceilings, walls, certain heights)
• Steel toe/composite toe boots
