We are looking for talented, creative, and driven supervisors to drive manufacturing tools and processes, from initial concept development to full scale production.
You will drive the relationship between engineering, development, and production teams and will interact regularly with department leadership. * Continuously improve people, process, and equipment
* Identify and mitigate risks to production schedules and targets
* Coordinate efforts to minimize production interruptions
* Ensure process quality and conformance to specifications
* Improve area safety and efficiency through regular auditing and continuous improvement
* Use root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
* Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience in a water treatment or wastewater treatment plant in lieu of degree
