X is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

At Space

X, we are building the next generation of space infrastructure to enable large-scale AI data centers in orbit. These orbital AI platforms require massive amounts of reliable, high‑efficiency solar power to support intensive computing workloads in space. We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support the ramp‑up and sustained operation of high‑volume solar cell production lines.

This high‑impact role offers the opportunity to lead frontline teams while enabling Space

X’s ambitious vision for AI data centers in space.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute daily shift operations on high‑volume solar cell production lines, driving output to meet aggressive ramp‑up schedules
  • Monitor and improve end‑to‑end performance metrics including yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost‑per‑watt for space‑grade solar cells
  • Coach and develop production specialists, technicians, and associates in a 24/7 environment, providing hands‑on guidance
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor to optimize processes and quality

  • Track production KPIs and provide shift reports with data‑driven insights for leadership review
  • Champion safety culture, ergonomic practices, and regulatory compliance on assigned shifts
  • Foster technical excellence, accountability, and innovation on the production floor to support Space
