This position is best suited for individuals who have prior manufacturing or warehouse experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and reliability matter.
What We're Looking For- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, or forklift experience
- Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment
- Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it
- Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to detailed work instructions
- Maintain quality standards and production goals
- Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
- Work effectively as part of a production team
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Receive, store, and distribute materials to support production operations
- Accurately complete inventory and shipping documentation
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse
- A Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday–Wednesday
- B Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Sunday–Wednesday (+15% shift differential)
- C Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday–Saturday
- D Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Wednesday–Saturday (+15% shift differential)
- Must be available for overtime as needed.
