Assembly​/Warehouse Associates in Bastrop

• Minimum 1 year of assembly, warehousing, or forklift experience
• Updated resume with consistent work history from the past 5 years
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment
• Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to detailed work instructions
• Maintain quality standards and production goals
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures
• Work effectively as part of a production team

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Receive, store, and distribute materials to support production operations
• Accurately complete inventory and shipping documentation
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse

• A Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday-Wednesday
• B Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Sunday-Wednesday (+15% shift differential)
• C Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday-Saturday
• D Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Wednesday-Saturday (+15% shift differential)
• Must be available for overtime as needed.
