We’re hiring Production Associates for a fast‑paced manufacturing operation producing advanced consumer technology products. This is a hands‑on role offering strong hourly pay, consistent overtime, and shift flexibility

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components and finished products

• Operate light equipment (drills, presses, crimpers, custom tooling)

• Load, run, and troubleshoot automated equipment

• Support prototype builds, testing, and production improvements

• Maintain quality standards and follow work instructions

• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or electro‑mechanical assembly

• Ability to read drawings, schematics, or work instructions

• Basic computer skills (Windows / Microsoft Office)

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Standing for long periods; lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted

• Bending, pushing, pulling, and ladder use as required
