We seek a compassionate and skilled Full-time Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Badrop, Texas. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting their health, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and IV therapy
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
- Adhere to all home health regulations, standards, and safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
- Manage time effectively to complete all required visits and documentation within specified time frames
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health nursing or related field
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide comprehensive patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Home Health Nurse certification preferred
- Knowledge of home health regulations and standards
- Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines for home health services
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including some evenings and weekends as needed
