PRN Nursing Texas - Willow, Bastrop, TX, US

Salary Range: $28.00 To $33.00 Hourly

• Overnight Differential: +$1.00/hr
• 12 Hour Shift

At Willow Springs Recovery, our nurses play a critical role in helping individuals through detox, stabilization, and early recovery. The work is fast-paced, structured, and incredibly rewarding. • Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
• Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Process labs and communicate results
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA & regulatory standards)
• Respond to medical concerns with confidence and compassion
• Support clients through detox and stabilization
• Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team
• Communicate with families when appropriate
• Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
• Maintain medical supply inventory
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings
• Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

• Active LVN license in the State of Texas
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced situations
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Compassion, professionalism, and a team mindset
• SUD/MH experience is a plus — not required
