Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent located in Bastrop, TX. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for customer service, real estate sales, real property transactions, and utilizing their real estate license to assist buyers and sellers in the market.

- Are licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Texas
- Live in or near Bastrop County
- Are self-motivated, coachable, and have a strong work ethic
- Enjoy working with people and building relationships
- Are comfortable using or learning CRM tools and calling leads
- Are ready to plug into a high-performance team and go all in
- Experience with real estate CRM systems
- Background in sales, customer service, or related fields
