Responsibilities- Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards
- Maintain the restaurant to be noticeably cleaner than others
- Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere
- Multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
- Fully understand and apply the terms "accountability" and "information"
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year QSR experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
- Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent menu and product knowledge and an awesome personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Desire to improve self and skill sets
- Effective communication with guests; strong personality
- Participation in all Jersey Mike's training programs
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer
