Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
• Promote sales and make deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and influence team members.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or shift lead experience.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent judgment, organizational, detail, time‑management, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to read and manage customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) – a plus.
• Sales background – a plus.
• Bilingual – a plus.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
