MANCOMM is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Bastrop, TX, to drive revenue through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and first-year OTE.
This is an in-office, full-time position with standard Monday–Friday hours. You will manage cold calls, follow up on leads, and qualify opportunities while leveraging CRM tools and collaborating with marketing to improve lead quality.
