Job Schedule:

Day  Time      Wed  10:00 PM - 06:00 AM    Thur  10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, deliveries, and/or visitor activity in accordance with site protocols while maintaining a professional presence.
Support incident response and preparedness efforts by assisting with escorts, access control procedures, and communication during operational disruptions and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 3 or more years of experience as a Military Police officer, Corrections Officer, Armed Security officer, or be a certified Law Enforcement graduate.
Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
Demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
