Security Officer

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer to perform vehicle and foot patrols, control access, and protect client facilities. In this on-site role, you will respond to alarms and incidents, conduct safety checks, and interact professionally with clients and visitors. You will document all activities through clear, detailed incident and daily reports. Success in this position requires firearms proficiency, situational awareness, and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled vehicle and foot patrols of client properties
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and enforce site procedures
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely, professional manner
• Prepare accurate incident, patrol, and daily activity reports
• Observe and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and team members
• Follow firearms safety protocols and maintain weapons qualification
• Operate security systems, cameras, and communication devices
• Support law enforcement or emergency responders when required
• Comply with Allied Universal and client policies, post orders, and training standards
