Responsibilities
  • Visitor Management: Greet and manage visitors in accordance with company protocols.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
  • Transport Coordination: Organize office driver schedules and coordinate pickups for guests or staff.
  • Catering Management: Manage meal and snack orders for employees and guests.
  • Admin Support: Perform document recording/filing and support other HR/Admin/GA administrative tasks as instructed.
Requirements
  • Education: Min. High School/Vocational High School;
    Diploma (D3) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist (Manufacturing or Hotel industry).
  • Language

    Skills:

    Proficient in English (spoken and written) with effective communication skills.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Agile & Proactive: Responsive, capable of multitasking, efficient workflow, and avoids procrastination.
  • Focused & Professional: Maintains integrity and maintains professional boundaries in communication (service-oriented).
  • High Attention to Detail: Precise in administration, strict time management, and diligent in every task.
  • Excellent Grooming: Always neat, maintains personal hygiene, and upholds ethics and politeness in every interaction.
  • Sense of Urgency: Attentive to the lobby situation and anticipates guest needs before being asked.
  • Confidence: Highly confident and fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Good Public Speaking: Experience as an MC is an advantage.
