Job Description Summary

This role involves managing and overseeing documents for a specific project or the entire organization. Responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive and accessible document library, processing and recording document revisions, ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive documents, and educating employees on document control procedures.

Job Description About the Role
  • Establish, manage, and maintain document control systems for data centre projects

  • Control numbering, versioning, distribution, and archiving of project documents

  • Ensure timely submission, approval, and retrieval of drawings, reports, and records

  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on document workflows

  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, audit requirements, and data centre standards

About You
  • Engineering background with experienced in project for 4-5 years.

  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation under tight deadlines

  • Experience in data centre or mission-critical projects is a strong advantage
