• Minimal 5‑7 years experience as PA/EA with min 3 years supporting senior executives/C‑level
• Strong skills in managing complex schedules, travel, and high‑level meetings
• Experienced in preparing executive reports, presentations & confidential documents
• Able to work in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines
• Excellent coordination across departments and external stakeholders
• Proven discretion in handling sensitive matters
• Multinational company experience preferred
• Experience in project coordination, events & executive logistics is a plus
