Duration: 6 months

Location:

Preferred residents of Batam; airfare and lodging provided for participants outside Batam

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Diploma or official graduation certificate from an accredited university
• GPA greater than 3.0
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Commit to a minimum of 6 months of on-the-job training
