KUALIFIKASI:
- Laki-laki
- Pendidikan minimal lulusan Akademi Maritim / Sekolah Tinggi Pelayaran (jurusan Nautika) atau setara.
- Memiliki sertifikat ANT II / ANT I serta memahami ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, dan MARPOL.
- Berpengalaman sebagai DPA / Port Captain / Safety Superintendent minimal 3 tahun.
- Mampu mengendalikan dokumen Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kapal, melakukan audit internal, dan investigasi insiden.
- Terampil dalam pelaporan keselamatan, koordinasi kapal–kantor, serta komunikasi dengan instansi terkait (Syahbandar, BKI, PSC).
- Mampu menjalin hubungan kerja yang baik dengan crew kapal serta mendorong budaya keselamatan di atas kapal.
- Teliti, disiplin, berintegritas tinggi, dan bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke kapal secara berkala.
