Management Trainee

About the role

Green Earth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a talented Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Batam, Riau Islands. This is a full-time position designed to develop future leaders within our organisation. As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of business operations and management practices, working alongside experienced leaders to understand strategic decision‑making, operational excellence, and business development.

This role is fundamental to your development as a future manager and will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to advance into more senior management positions within the company.

• Support senior management in day-to-day operational activities and strategic initiatives
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
• Participate in business development activities and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Support the development and implementation of business processes and operational improvements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review and decision-making
• Contribute to team collaboration and communication across different departments
• Shadow senior managers to gain practical experience in various business functions
• Take on assigned projects that develop your understanding of the business and industry
• Support the monitoring of key performance indicators and business metrics
• Participate in company meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  Indonesian language skills are advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work effectively in team environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard business software
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment
• Ability to work independently whilst seeking guidance when necessary
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
• Prior internship experience or exposure to business management is preferred
