JOB ROLE Creative Designer POSITION OBJECTIVESWe are seeking a dynamic and skilled Creative Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be able to create visually compelling content that makes health‑related topics interesting, engaging, and relevant to the audience. You will be responsible for designing captivating content across various digital platforms, including social media, digital articles, motion graphics, and video content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s health‑focused messaging.
ROLESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do:
- Design Creation
:
Develop creative assets for social media, digital articles, newsletters, and other digital platforms. - Digital Layouts
:
Create visually appealing and user‑friendly layouts for digital articles in line with brand guidelines. - Motion Graphics
:
Design and animate motion graphics to enhance engagement and storytelling. - Video Editing
:
Edit video content for various platforms, ensuring high‑quality output and strong brand alignment. - Collaboration
:
Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to align visual strategies with content goals. - Brand Consistency
:
Ensure all designs follow established brand identity and guidelines. - Innovation
:
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output. - Project Management
:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Experience
:
Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, digital media design, motion graphics, and video editing. - Technical Skills
:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Cinema 4D, or equivalent tools. - Creativity
:
Strong creative skills with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail. - Portfolio
: A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing work. - Communication
:
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Adaptability

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Candidates will have an advantage if they have:
