PT Indo Kreasi Grafika (IKG) in Batam seeks a Pre-Print Manager to lead and refine pre-press workflows across multiple printing technologies. You will drive colour consistency, develop substrate colour profiles, and oversee fingerprinting and press characterisation.
The role requires strong planning skills, 5+ years in development management, and experience with color management tools. Collaboration with production will aim to reduce makeready time and improve OEE.
