The Facilities & Hospitality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all facilities, housekeeping operations, and hospitality support services at TAO Padel Academy are maintained to a consistently high standard. This role oversees the cleanliness, functionality, safety, and operational readiness of all club facilities, while managing housekeeping personnel, maintenance coordination, vendors, inventory, operational supplies, and related General Affairs activities. The position is expected to maintain a premium club environment and ensure that all member-facing and operational areas are clean, comfortable, safe, functional, and ready for daily operations.
Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Facilities, General Affairs, and Housekeeping.
Ensure all areas of TAO Padel Academy are clean, organized, safe, comfortable, and ready for use, including padel courts, toilets, locker rooms, showers, lounge, sauna, ice bath, Pilates area, Hyrox area, and other public areas.
Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, including task allocation, work schedules/shifts, daily briefings, and performance evaluation.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, hospitality, and service standards are consistently maintained in accordance with SOPs.
Conduct daily inspections of cleanliness, facilities, and overall club operational conditions.
Control the usage and inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, towels, linen, amenities, and other operational supplies.
Coordinate maintenance, preventive maintenance, and facility repairs, ensuring all issues are followed up until completion.
Manage and evaluate vendors such as cleaning services, laundry, pest control, maintenance, waste management, and other operational service providers.
Manage purchasing requirements for General Affairs, Housekeeping, and Facilities in accordance with approved budgets and management approval procedures.
Monitor and control General Affairs and Housekeeping expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure all facilities, equipment, storage areas, and staff areas are properly maintained and organized.
Handle operational issues related to facilities and housekeeping promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace standards.
Provide operational support for events, tournaments, training camps, and special activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, vendors, and operational issues.
Conduct training and coaching for the housekeeping team on SOPs, cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping, hospitality operations, General Affairs, or a related role.
Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
Experience in hotels, resorts, sports clubs, gyms, fitness centers, hospitality, or lifestyle facilities is preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, with good knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, vendor management, and cost control.
Strong service mindset with high attention to cleanliness and facility standards.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to follow through on tasks and operational issues until completion.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace for reporting purposes.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
English communication skills are an advantage.
