HRIS Professional, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Key in, process and validate monthly payroll data for several PTs accurately in timely manner.
Key in, process and validate monthly BPJS TK (eSIPP), BPJS Kesehatan (eDABU), PPh
21 (Core Tax) for several PTs accurately in timely manner.
Key in, process and validate monthly & annually Pph
21 report
Process employee movement monthly and ensure all employee’s data has been updated accurately in timely manner.
Participates in payroll system change/upgrades and implementations for process improvements, if any.
Other duties as assigned by management/owner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Min 2-years of hands-on payroll operations experience as Payroll Specialist / Payroll Officer in Corporation or consulting/Payroll outsourcing organizations.
Detailed oriented with high interest and ability to work with numbers with high accuracy in timely manner.
Excellent skills in operating Excel.
Must have an experience in operating HRIS & Attendance System, such as SAP Payroll, Talenta, Gadjian etc.
Having knowledge in Core Tax, eSIPP, eDabu is required.
Experience in handling payroll of several PTs, and working with Shared-services center is beneficial.
Understanding of local government regulation on payroll related matters, including Pph
21.
Able to handle confidential information with high care and maturity.
Resourceful, resilient, and get things done in timely manner.
Keen learner, high interest to learn new subjects.
