Employee Relations, HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor regulations. Supervise employee administration: attendance, leave, personnel data, and employment contracts. Responsible for payroll processing: salary calculation, overtime, deductions, and related tax reporting. Manage industrial relations, BPJS Health & Employment. Handle GA: office supplies, PPE, cleaning, and security. Handle expatriate documents: VISA, KITAS, and operational coordination.
Support employee training, development, and performance evaluation. Prepare regular HR-GA reports and support internal/external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate teams.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good communication in English.
- This position is strictly for candidates domiciled in Batam.
