Hiin Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end payroll for Indonesia operations using HRIS. You will ensure BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21 compliance with accurate calculations, reporting, and timely submissions.
You will lead BPJS audits, handle employee relations and labor-law guidance, and oversee contracts including Work Permits and KITAS, while reviewing employee claims and serving as the main contact for payroll and benefits.
