Day One Data Centers Limited in Batam is seeking a tenacious Human Resources Specialist to deliver efficient HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to promotions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
You will manage HRIS records, generate statutory reports, assist with visa and sponsorship processes, and act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, helping drive process improvements and data privacy compliance.
