Ops Intern: Mentorship, Hands-On HR

The Role:

People Operations Intern

What will you do?

• Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.
• Assist with onboarding administration and documentation.
• Create simple recruitment‑related content, presentations, or materials when needed.

What qualifications will make you successful:

• Active university student from any relevant major (7th semester maximum)
• Interested in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Canva and/or basic video editing.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
