- Oversees end-to-end payroll processing, tax/statutory compliance, and audit readiness. Maintains competitive salary structures, grading frameworks, benchmarking, and benefits optimization.
- Manages full-cycle recruitment for local staff, yard workers, interns, and overseas hires.
- Handles drafting, reviews, and negotiates employment and contractor contracts. Tracks expiry timelines to ensure timely renewals in strict compliance with labor laws.
- Resolves grievances, conducts disciplinary investigations/hearings, and guides managers on conflict resolution.
- Leads Training Needs Analysis (TNA), develops annual training plans and budgets, coordinates learning programs, and evaluates training effectiveness.
- Manages HR system data integrity, integrations, and reports to support management decision-making.
- Oversees onboarding/offboarding, visas/work permits, and site logistics (travel, transport, accommodation, and PPE).
- Supervises the HR team and continuously improves operational workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min. 10 years in C&B, Payroll, or HR Operations, with preferred experience supervising a team or leading the function.
- Proven track record in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits administration.
- Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, contract management, employee relations, and training management (TNA).
- Expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation framework design.
- Strong exposure to HRIS management/integration and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools.
- High attention to detail, data-driven analytical mindset, and readiness for internal/external audits.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills.
