We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows:

• Manage overall Human Resources function, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, HR Administration & Company Legality.
• Monitor HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage the performance appraisal process and support the implementation of employee performance improvement programs and development initiatives, talent management, succession planning
• Expert in compensation and benefits administration, salary reviews, and employee welfare programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Handle industrial relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, labor disputes, and communication with labor unions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company regulations, and government requirements.
• Manage BOD's administration, including work permits, stay permits, and other related licenses and documentation.
• Prepare and monitor the HR budget and ensure effective cost control.
• Prepare periodic HR reports, manpower reports, and management presentations.
• Support and maintain the implementation of management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SMK

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, or Related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial level in manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and HR management practices.
• Experienced in Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Organization Development, and HR Budgeting.
• Familiar with expatriate permit/licensing management.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
